Stuff I love Saturday and Sticker Sunday

Hey guys.. Happy STICKER Sunday!

haha well it is kinda a sticker Sunday but ALSO it's a BOOKMARK Sunday!

Because I've been having a play and I've made WILBUR BOOKMARKS!!

Check them out! Tucked up IN a good book!

It's an idea I've had for a while.. So i tried it out when I had a rare 5 minutes spare!

And it worked! WOOP!!!

I did the backs too..So here's his little tail!

I KNOW lots of people use kindles these days..But You can't beat the smell and feel of a real book... So these little Wilburs will keep people company at the book clubs!

But the sticker bit is HERE.... My Noah wanted to do some stickers for this weeks blog..
He's been really inspired by my sticker making and wants to be an artist when he grows up.

SO... I introduce you to his new character

All you have to do to be in for a chance of winning a Wilbur bookmark and a sheet of baby chicken stickers is...

Tell me YOUR favourite book ... AND which baby chicken is your favourite!

Me? Well my favourite book is The Solitaire Mystery by Jostein Gaarder

And my favourite baby chicken is Afro chicken!

And maybe while you're here please check out one of my other blog posts..
I'd love to get some feedback on some of my silly ramblings!

and share my blog..somewhere..anywhere..
Write it on a note and pop it in a library book....Tell the world!!!
In as many crazy ways as you can think of

 I will pick 4 winners!
Each winner will receive a Wilbur bookmark picked at random
AND a sheet of Noah's baby chicken stickers!

The 4 winners will be picked on Monday lunchtime GMT and announced here and on my
Facebook page

Thanks so much for stopping by and GOOD LUCK!!!

I LOVE to see children's art... It's so free and amazing and ALWAYS makes me smile!

Which leads me on to the STUFF I LOVE SATURDAY bit of this blog...

Those bookmarks are just the cutest thing. :) I love reading and it would make me smile having ones of those poking out of my book, because yes, even though there are lots of kindles about I still like to read from a proper book. :)

My favourite book? That's a really tough question as I like so many but I will never forget the anticipation of the Harry Potter books and how many great and lovely people I met through them and the wait between the release of each one and the speculation and the character love.... Aw.

As for Noah's stickers, they're really cute. :) I like the Nerd one, the Artist and the Bunny. :)

Hi Kitty,
Lovely bookmarks, they would look so sweet sitting in the book I am reading at the moment :D Its Snow White & The Huntsman - loved the film so I thought I would give the book a go :D But my favourite book has to be The Spiderwick Chronicles, I know its a book for kids, but what can I say I am a big kid myself :D I love anything fantasy-y :D
& Lovely stickers Noah, I'm sure you'll be a great artist like your mum one day :D My fav would have to be Bunny Chicken

Thank you so much Kitty. Orla was thrilled to bits and so proud, as am I. A really lovely gesture and so wonderful to see her all those lovely drawings she did for you.

Again, thank you
Lorrie xx

Wilbur doodles are meant for bookmarks - SOOOO CUTE!!!
My favourite book would have to be One Day by David Nicholls! The book is such a lovely romantic, heart-warming but tragic tale! It is so well written and you know it's a good book when you don't want it to end. I think I might need to get another as I have worn out my copy!
As for the stickers, well done Noah they look ace can't wait to see more of your fab doodling! I love the bunny one - so sweet and have a bunny of my own so couldn't not pick this one!
Jess :) Xx

Hi I can't seem to login but had to say I absolutely adore these, I only read from 'real' books, none of this kindle rubbish for me!!!!
I think my favorite book is Cecelia Aherns Where Rainbows End, its a beautiful story written in notes, letters and emails from two people who love each other from childhood to old age but something is always between them! '
my favorite chicken has got to be Bunny, just because I have a bunny who I love dearly!

Hello, I think these bookmarks are fantastic. I only read from 'real' books, no kindle for me!!!
I think my favorite book has to be Cecelia Ahern's Where Rainbows End, its a story of a couple who love each other from childhood to old age but never manage to be together until their later years, written in the form of notes, letters, emails etc. Its a tearjerker!!!!:
my favorite chicken has got to be Bunny chicken simply because I adore my bunny so much and id use the stickers to decorate her cage!!
Love and Rainbows

Love the artist chick with the beret, very good Noah!! My favorite book is probably The Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison, in my mind I keep going back to pieces of that one. Now it's not the book that the movie was based on and all that. It's a work of literature that I think gets overlooked too much.

Hey Kitty!

Happy Sunday!!

I have to admit I don't have a favourite book (naughty me) it's mainly as I believe there are so many fantastic books and worlds to explore I just don't have time to go back and read books (though I do have a book case full of 'too keep' books which range from my beloved Jacqueline Wilson of my childhood to all my Harry Potters, and some silly teen books as well to some of the classics).

All the Baby Chickens are fab but I think superhero just pips it for me, I was out with my dog in my OHs superman dressing gown this morning so it fits as well. ;)
