Stuff I love Saturday and sticker Sunday

Hey guys.... This week its a double whammy again..
Stuff I love Saturday AND sticker Sunday!

Internet was down all day.. So I couldn't blog.. BUT.. The good side to that is I could focus on the simple things in life...

Enjoying the sunshine..Hanging my washing on the line!

Spending time at my Dad's allotment..

Picking flowers..

And coming home to curl up on my sofa..

I realised apart from the internet (which I have to say I miss like crazy!)
I really enjoy the vintage life..

I haven't bought modern high street clothes for over a year!
I love the feel of growing and picking your own fruit and veg!
And I have so many hobbies... I could be kept busy for ever!

And I feel like I'm in the good life!

Haha one of my favourite vintage sitcoms!

I loved the simple life of Tom and Barbara

BUT my Mum says I dress a little like Margo sometimes! Haha COOOL!

So... With that in mind.. Here are this weeks stickers!

So... To be in for a chance of winning this weeks stickers..
All you have to do is tell us what era YOU'D like to live in!

For ME??? Well it's ALL about the 70's!

I mean I fell to this planet in 1974 and kinda wanna stay there!

I'm working on making my home like a little time capsule of that era!

And maybe while you're here please check out one of my other blog posts..
I'd love to get some feedback on some of my silly ramblings!

and share my blog..somewhere..anywhere..
tell the world!!!
In as many crazy ways as you can think of

 I will pick 4 winners!
Each winner will receive 12 of my stickers 2 of each design!

The 4 winners will be picked on Monday lunchtime GMT and announced here and on my
Facebook page

Thanks so much for stopping by and GOOD LUCK!!!

I would love to go back in time and visit many era's, I'd love to visit victorian times, just for a little while as I read it was rather smelly! I'd love to hang around in the 1960's with some hippies and go and watch jimi Hendrix , and the doors play. I'd also like to re-visit the early 90's grunge era and actually go to Seattle and see live shows by nirvana , hole, mudhoney etc! So many fab era's I wouldn't know which one to choose! I love your seventies style kitty, and of course the fact that it's all in shades of pink makes it even more awesome! Retro loveliness x x x

I don't really have an era that I would like to live in, but I would love to visit each one just to experience them at least once. I think that would be really neat. I like the era you picked Kitty. These stickers are adorable. I would love to win them. I am so glad to see Sticker Sunday was not canceled due to the internet issues. :)

I think I dress like I'm still in the 70's but I'm old fashioned like the 50's so I'll go the 60's to put me somewhere in between.

I love the 1920s, I love watching Miss Marple and Poiroit with my mum and some of their outfits are to die for. My mum helps me make some clothes that are of that era and I have naturally wavey/curly hair and so I would have ROCKED the wave look that seemed to be 'the look'. I've always said that I was born too late (1988) as I think life was much simpler years ago. My family have been compared to that on the "Darling Buds of May", which I love :) My mum and dad are lovely people similar to those characters.
The modern era we live in now is ok, but I dont like all this technology that is being brough in to everyday life. For example, I do own a kindle, but I dont think you can compare it to the feeling of buying and reading an actual book!

Love the blog :)

I have two eras or times i love and would have loved to be a part of one being the 18th century yes the whole of it, as it the century i have spent the last 12 years writing about and will hopefully finish my phd about. The second is the hippy era, 1960's i definitely think i was born a decade late. I live in my dm's, love all things living and have a slightly dizzy view of the world.

Ooh I just love the styles of the 30's and 40's, when women were so glamorous and men so dapper! I often think it would be nice to get back to simpler times when people were probably more grateful for what they had x

it would have to be the fifties for me rock and roll and full cirlcular skirts with matching or complimenting acessories and of course Jiving and Strolling and Screen and music icons Elvis and James dean and Marilyn Monroe.

Anything gothic inspired. Whether it be back in the ages of gothic literature or maybe the fusion of metal music. Or maybe punk inspired! But then again I'd be a punk taking high tea with cups and cups of breakfast tea! Too many things from different eras influence me! I'd love to be seen as quintessentially eccentric! X

I think I'm from a mixture- gothic literature inspired, punk style but also the delicate feminity of high tea! :) I'd like to be thought of quintessentially eccentric xxx

OHH MY !!! one of my all time favourite sitcoms is The Good life - its makes me feel so happy.
Now interesting what era ?
I love the style of 1950, the fashion the development in tupperware -love a plastic tub me ! But i also love the elegance of the 1920's - my choices are based on aesthetics and going out of this era means losing the internet which i too hooked up to !

1960's looked awesome! The outfits were bright colours with bell bottoms and introducing tye dye! Also the Beatles broke america and it seemed like a peace filled time! I loved that Sesame Street was also created in this decade, which is the best kids tv show ever!!!
:D Xx

I would luv to go back to the days of Gone with the Wind. I luv the dresses and corsets and hats they wore. And the politeness and respect people had towards each other. Which seems to be mon existsnt in today's society.

And I luv your awesome sheets!!!
